Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand Kingdee’s reach in the SME, ME segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training, sales workshops, and joint marketing activities to enhance partner capabilities.
- Co-develop business plans with partners and support execution to achieve mutually agreed KPIs.
- Monitor partner performance metrics (pipeline, deal registration, revenue contribution) and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide partners with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Manage partner communications, including newsletters, product updates, and incentive programs.
- Ensure partner compliance with Kingdee’s channel policies and agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or enterprise software sales.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, cloud software, or digital transformation solutions is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building successful channel ecosystems and delivering results through indirect sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and delivery of ERP projects, including business research, drafting solutions, and developing business solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Manage project execution by assigning tasks, mentoring team members, monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and providing comprehensive oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize project documentation, summarize and extract key insights, develop case studies, and share experiences with the team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Finance, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of ERP project implementation experience, having led at least three large-scale financial, supply chain, or manufacturing projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project risks and ensure successful delivery.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with a strong capacity for industry learning and in-depth business analysis. Proficiency in English is essential, along with a collaborative team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, track, and manage sales pipelines within targeted industries?optimize sales strategies and execution plans.
- Analyze client requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions, Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct customer needs analysis and provide tailored ERP solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Assist in solution customization and alignment with customer business needs.
- Develop sales strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans, monitor and evaluate sales performance, making necessary adjustments.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and financial guidelines, manage risks associated with ERP sales agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, share best practices and insights within the team to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in Software sales, preferably in ERP or enterprise solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and SaaS-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
